To change your password, enter your NEW password in the boxes labeled Password and Verify Password, then click the Submit button. Passwords must be at least 4 characters long, and should be a combination of letters and numbers. For your security, you should not set your password to match your username. While you may use the same password for your Knowledge account that you use for another account (such as email), it is not recommended.
Clicking the 
button takes you to the action page, which tells you your password has been successfully updated. Clicking 
at the bottom of this page returns you to the Personal Information page.
