Logging in

To log in to Knowledge, go to http://knowledge.udmercy.edu and click the Login to Knowledge link to go to the login page.

From the login page, enter your username and password in the gray box labeled Have an Account? Log in Here., and click the Login button.

Please sign in with your TitanConnect username (the same as TitanConnect and Knowledge username, also the part of your UDM email that comes before the @; the the freshmjw in "freshmjw@udmercy.edu").

Your Password is your nine character student or employee ID number (T-number, beginning capital T-zero; T09999999):

EX:
Username: freshmjw
Password: T01234567

NOTE: these fields are cAsE sEnsItIvE. If you are having problems logging in, and you're sure you've entered the correct password, check to make sure your CAPSLOCK is OFF.

If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link near the bottom of the Login box, and you will be taken to a Lost Password screen.

On the Lost Password screen, enter either:

1. Your first name, last name, and username (in the Username Option section)

or

2. Your first name, last name, and email address (in the Email Address Option section)

Complete one of the two forms, then click the Submit button. Be sure to enter your information exactly as it appears in your profile, including capitalization (by default, your first and last name is properly capitalized), otherwise we won't be able to locate your account.

Once the form is properly submitted, you will receive emailed instructions on how to change your password almost immediately.

By default, this email will be sent to your UDM email address.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to the My Knowledge page.
