My Knowledge

Once you've successfully logged in to Knowledge, the My Knowledge page opens. You may return to this page at any time by clicking the My Knowledge tab at the top right of your screen.

Here you will find the day's announcements in a box near the center labeled My Announcements. The classes you are currently enrolled in, will be listed in the box to the right labeled My Courses. To access one of these online courses, click its link.

NOTE: If you don't see a class listed that you are enrolled in, check with your instructor. It could be that he or she has just not made this class available to students yet.

When you have completed your Knowledge session, be sure to always LOG OUT. You may log out at any time by clicking the logout link, which will always appear in the blue space at the top of the screen.

Clicking the help link will take you to the IDS Helpdesk, which includes links to tutorials, and the online Knowledge Helpdesk system, along with commonly asked questions and answers. Clicking the home link will return you to the Knowledge start page, but will not log you out.

At the start of every term, update your password and email address. You can do this from the My Knowledge page by clicking the Personal Information link at the bottom of the gray Tools box on the left-hand side of the screen. In this section, you may also set your privacy options.
