YOU TAKE THE PLEDGES OUT AT NIGHT, WAY OUT INTO A WOODED
AREA. YOU GIVE THEM A FLASHLIGHT AND TELL THEM TO
CATCH A SNIPE BY SHINING THE FLASHLIGHT IN THE FACE
OF THE ANIMAL (WHICH PARALYZES IT) AND SCOOP IT UP IN A

HOLY COMMUNION

YOU SHOULD NEVER GO TO HOLY COMMUNION IF YOU FEEL SICK OR IF
YOU THINK YOU COULD BE SICK.
SHE REMEMBERS ONE OF HER STUDENTS RECEIVING
COMMUNION AT MASS, THEN LEAVING CHURCH BECAUSE HE WAS GOING TO VOMIT.
SHE FOLLOWED HIM OUT TO THE BATHROOM AND FOUND HIM VOMITING UP THE
HOST. INSTANTLY THERE APPEARED THOUSANDS OF TINY MAGGOTS WHO ATE
UP THE VOMIT AND THEN ALL DISAPPEARED. SHE EXPLAINED THAT THEY HAD
BEEN SENT THERE MIRACULOUSLY SO THAT THE HOST WOULD NOT BE DEFILED BY
HAVING BEEN ON THE FLOOR.

Modification of Historical Poem

Listen my children and you shall hear,
The midnight ride of the can of beer.
Down the alley and over the fence,
I've got the beer,
Who's got the ten cents?

Submitter comment:

Taught by Sister M. Eulalia in grade five. She learned this when she was a child which is easily seen by the price of the beer.
