Home Remedy for Pneumonia
Take cow manure, boil it, strain it in a sieve, put sugar in
it. Drink and pneumonia will clear up. Boiling cow manure will
also keep evil spirits away.

Cure for boils
When having large pimples or boils on the body, take the
membrane (skin) inside the raw egg and place this on the boil;
this will draw the infection in the bump to the surface of the
skin so that it can be lanced and all the pus will come out.

Medicine
This homemade medicine was given to the informant when she
was a little girl and she gave it to her seven children and they
are giving it to their children. Her mother would combine
garlic, lemon, rum, honey and boiling water. She said, it always
works for the worst of colds.

To Remove A Mole
In the south people would use a strand of horse hair and
heavy oil to remove a hanging mole. Put a lot of heavy grease on
the mole and very tightly tie the horse hair on the mole. Keep
the hair tied on the mole for three days and the mole will fall
off.
