ALL SAINTS DAY

THE DAY AFTER HALLOWEEN IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA IS A DAY SET ASIDE
BY MANY PEOPLE TO LAY FLOWERS ON THE GRAVES OF FRIENDS AND RELATIVES
AND REPAIR THE GRAVE SITE.
I HAVE SEEN THE TOMBS IN NEW ORLEANS ON ALL SAINTS DAY COVERED WITH
FLOWERS AND VISITED BY MANY PEOPLE, FRIENDS AND JUST CURIOUS
PEOPLE. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM MEANT TO REMEMBER THE DEAD.
