RICH CREAM FOR A SHORT TIME, IT WOULD BECOME THICK,
THE LIQUID WOULD SEPARATE FROM THE FAT, ADD A LITTLE
SALT AND WE HAD BUTTER. WE DID NOT OWN A BUTTER
CHURN ALTHOUGH MANY DID.
