LOTISTTOB (SWEDISH)

THE DANCE IS DONE WITH PARTNERS. THE PARTNERS FACE EACH
OTHER AND HOLD HANDS OUT STRAIGHT TO THE SIDE. THEY TAKE
FOUR LONG SLIDES IN ONE DIRECTION, AND THEN EIGHT SHORT SLIDES
IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, BUT IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.
THEY THEN TAKE STEP-TOGETHER-STEPS FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF
TIME AS EACH GROUP OF SLIDES. NOW, REPEAT THE ENTIRE GROUP
OF STEPS.

LITTLE MOUSY, COMING FROM THE BARN,
GONNA GET YOU RIGHT UNDER THE ARM.

Submitter comment: RHYME IS COMBINED WITH MOVEMENT--USE INDEX FINGER AND
SECOND FINGER IN WALKING MOTION UP THE SIDE OF A CHILD'S
OR BABY'S BODY. SLOW MOVEMENT FOR THE FIRST LINE, RAPID
MOVEMENT FOR SECOND LINE, ENDING WITH A TICKLE UNDER
ARMPIT.

BAYERISCHE HIASL (PRONOUNCED HEE-UH-SELL)

IN BAVARIA THERE LIVED A MAN NAMED MATHIAS KLOSTERMAYER. HE WAS
KNOWN THROUGHOUT THE ALPS AS THE BAYERISCHE HIASL. HE WAS THE
LEADER OF A BAND OF MEN WHO ROBBED FROM THE RICH AND GAVE TO THE
POOR.
AT THIS TIME, OTHER GANGS EXISTED IN THE AREA. WHENEVER THESE
GANGS WOULD TRY TO ROB A FLOUR MILL OR BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT,
THE BAYERISCHE HIASL WOULD FIGHT THE GANGS OFF.
OVER THE YEARS THE BAYERISCHE HIASL AND HIS MEN HID OUT DURING
THE DAY AND CONDUCTED THEIR BUSINESS AT NIGHT. THEY SHOT AND
KILLED PEOPLE AND FOUGHT AGAINST PROVINCIAL GUARDS.
THE BAYERISCHE HIASL WAS CAUGHT AND SENTENCED TO DEATH. AS HIS
PUNISHMENT, HE WAS TIED TO THE TOP OF A WHEEL, AND THE WHEEL WAS
SPUN UNTIL IT TORE HIM APART.

BULLET?
ANSWER: YOUR HEART.

THIS FOLK ITEM AS A PIECE OF GOLD FOR A GUIDE LINE OF LIFE'S
EXPERIENCE.

TATTOOS

33 5 X 8 CARDS OF TATTOOS AND INSTRUMENTS

Submitter comment: INDICATE ON THE CARD IF IT IS NOT STANDARD. HE SAID THAT ABOUT A
THIRD OF HIS CUSTOMERS BRING IN THEIR OWN DESIGNS. HE HAD LITTLE
INFORMATION TO GIVE ON INDIVIDUAL DESIGNS. HE FOUND NO PREFERENCES
DETERMINED BY SEX. HOWEVER, HE DID FIND THAT PEOPLE OF CERTAIN
OCCUPATIONS MADE SIMILAR CHOICES.
SOME OF HIS DESIGNS SEEMED OUTDATED BUT HE COULD NOT INDICATE ANY
THAT HE HAD NOT DONE RECENTLY. HE WAS PRETTY VAGUE IN THE WHOLE AREA
OF SPECIFIC DESIGNS.

BY TRYING TO MAKE THE POINT THAT THE EVENT WHICH HAS CAUSED
THE SADNESS HAS PASSED. AN EFFORT IS MADE TO PERK UP THE SPIRITS

Submitter comment: I HAVE HEARD THIS USED BY MANY PEOPLE IN A CONTEXT JUST LIKE THE ONE
MENTIONED ABOVE. IT IS SO COMMON I DON'T REMEMBER WHEN I HEARD
