ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE REQUESTED

• Books owned by University of Detroit Mercy Libraries (unless you are asking for the item to be shipped from one UDM campus to the other)
• Textbooks being used for UDM classes
• Entire volumes of a journal
• Video, DVD, CDs and audio tapes
• Reference books
• Newly published books
• Bulky or fragile items
• Rare or valuable materials such as manuscripts
