National League of Cities

Provides resources for cities including advocacy and staff  development for management. 

PERI - Public Entity Risk Institute

Risk management resources and training for public entities, including labor and employment issues.

U.S. Office of Personnel Management

A broad ranging department for the administration of federal government civilian employees. Information for federal employees, job-seekers, retirees and human resources professionals as well as federal department managers.
