EATING A LARGE MEAL BEFORE BED CAUSES NIGHTMARES.

THERE MANY OTHER EXAMPLES OF HOW FOOD IS SUPPOSED TO AFFECT YOUR
SLEEP LIFE. THESE WOULD DWELL MORE ON SPECIFIC FOODS HOWEVER.
I SUSPECT THEY WERE PROBABLY STARTED BY SOMEBODY'S PARENTS.
