When the University offers a 100% online course or program, it will be offered with the expectation that students need not visit campus for any reason. Students must be able to access all course materials and complete all course work online. This principle extends from the online classroom to the full student experience: Students must be able to not only register for classes online but add and drop them as well, even after the term has started in a manner that appropriately reflects the on campus procedure for these activities
