Sr. Michelin graduated with a BSS in Chemistry in 1947 from Mercy College. She has a MS in Chemistry from Catholic University of America. She is a retired professor, Mercy College of Detroit.
The award was presented by Sr. Maureen A. Fay, O.P., President, Mercy College of Detroit on April 26, 1986.
