Pegboard Drawings Collection
In 1998, Maurice Greenia, Jr. did a series of small drawings on wood-backed samples of laminate and acrylic table top "finishes." Their unusual textures and colors provided a unique surface to draw on.
Most were done in magic marker pens. Some were done with white-out pens, or in other mediums.
The finished drawings were displayed, hanging in rows, on hooks, on a large piece of pegboard. Each sample had a hole in it, which made this possible.
In 2008, and since, Greenia had continued this series.
