Elizabeth Pluto graduate in 1959 with a BAA in Social Science. She earned a MA in 1963 from the University of Detroit. Seh is retired federal and state Project Director, Hamtramck Board of Education.
The award was presented by Sr. Maureen A. Fay, O.P., President, Mercy College of Detroit on April 26, 1986.
