Teresa Brown graduated in 1957 with a BS from Mercy College in Detroit and an MA from the University of Michigan. She is a retired school administrator, Detroit Board of Education.
The award was presesented by Sr. Maureen A. Fay, O.P., President, Mercy College of Detroit.
