Mercy College of Detroit proudly awards the Mercy Medallion to Douglas A. Fraser for his outstanding and sensitive leadership in behalf of labor, for his efforts to improve the quality of life for workers and their families, and for creating a cooperative climate among labor, management and government for the good of all.
