WHIPPED CREAM. WHEN THE BUTTER GETS SO THICK YOU CANT CHURN ANY
MORE, WHY, ITS DONE. SQUEEZE ALL THE BUTTERMILK OUT, SALT IT A BIT,
MOLD IT, AND PUT IT AWAY.
