THE POLISH EASTER BREAKFAST ALWAYS CONSISTS OF BLESSED FOOD.
THE EASTER BASKET ALWAYS CONTAINS: PUMPERNICKLE BREAD, HAM,
SAUSAGE, HORSERADISH, A SMALL BUTTER LAMB, ALL SEASONINGS USED BY
THE FAMILY, HARD BOILED EGGS, CANDY AND COOKIES. THERE ARE
ONLY SMALL AMOUNTS OF EACH ITEM (ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE TO GET HIS
FILL) BECAUSE ALL OF THE BLESSED FOOD MUST BE EATEN. NONE OF IT
CAN BE THROWN AWAY.
