OPLATEK IS A THIN UNLEVEN(ED) WAFER SIMILAR TO THE HOST IN A CATHOLIC
CHURCH. EACH PERSON BREAKS OFF A SMALL PIECE OF ANOTHER'S
WAFER, WISHING HIM GOOD LUCK FOR THE COMING YEAR.
