SONG PARODY

WE ARE BRAVE, WE ARE BOLD
FROM THE LIQUOR WE HAVE SOLD
IN THE CELLAR OF QUEEN OF HOPE SCHOOL.
FOR ITS RUN, RUN, RUN
I THINK I HEAR A NUN
HIDE ALL THE WHISKEY AND THE BEER.
IF A NUN SHALL APPEAR SAY,
"HERE, SISTER, HAVE A BEER!"
IN THE CELLAR OF QUEEN OF HOPE SCHOOL.
(THIS IS SUNG TO THE TUNE OF "THE CAISSONS GO ROLLING ALONG")

Submitter comment: AT THE MOMENT, THIS SEEMS TO BE THE FAVORITE SONG AROUND QUEEN OF
HOPE SCHOOL. THE KIDS STARTED SINGING IT AFTER THE SEVENTH AND
EIGHTH GRADES SPENT A WEEK AT CYO CAMP IN THE FALL OF 1973.

Where learned: MICHIGAN ; DETROIT
