TO THE DESIRED CONSISTANCY. YOU THEN ADD EQUAL AMOUNTS BY
WEIGHT OF PIG'S FEET AND CHICKEN. THIS MIXTURE IS THEN ALLOWED
TO SIMMER FOR ONE HOUR AND IS THEN READY TO SERVE.
