DRUNK LOBSTER

TO PREPARE THIS FOOD YOU TAKE A LIVE LOBSTER AND PUT IT INTO A
LARGE GLASS BOWL. THEN YOU COMPLETELY COVER THE LOBSTER WITH GRAIN
ALCOHOL. NEXT YOU SHAKE THE BOWL BACK AND FORTH THUS MAKING THE
LOBSTER DRUNK. THEN THE LOBSTER IS PLACED ON YOUR PLATE AND YOU EAT
IT WHILE IT IS STILL ALIVE. THAT WAY YOU KNOW THAT WHAT YOU ARE
EATING IS STILL FRESH.

Submitter comment: MY INFORMANT COLLECTED THIS IN TAIWAN.
