EASTER EXPRESSION.

ON EASTER SUNDAY, THE DAY CHRIST HAS RESURECTED,
ONE GREEK SAYS TO ANOTHER "CHRIST HAS RISEN!" THE
RESPONSE FROM THE OTHER PERSON IS "TRULY HE HAS RISEN!"

Submitter comment: THIS PHRASE IS SAID IN THE CHURCH AND IN THE GENERAL
PUBLIC UNTIL PENTECOST. IT SIGNIFIES THE JOY AND
HAPPINESS PEOPLE HAVE FOR THE RESSURECTION OF CHRIST.
THIS IS A GREEK-AMERICAN CUSTOM.
