Submitter comment: THE INFORMANT OFFERS NO EXPLAMATION FOR THE BELIEF BEYOND THE FACT
THAT STEPPING ON OTHER'S HEEL CAN CAUSE THE PERSON TO TRIP AND
FALL. THE INFORMANT SEES THE CONVERSION ACT AS PURE
NONSENSE.
