Irish Blessing

An Irish Blessing

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
And Grains fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again
May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.

COLLEGE LEGEND

WHILE I WAS ATTENDING MARYGROVE COLLEGE (64-66) THE
STORY WAS ALWAYS TOLD ABOUT THE YOUNG MAN WHO LIVED FOR A YEAR IN THE
UNDERGROUND TUNNEL CONNECTING THE BUILDINGS. WE NEVER TRIED TO
SUBSTANTIATE OR DISPROVE IT, BUT WHENEVER WE HAD TO GO NEAR
THE TUNNEL EXIT WE ALWAYS TOOK A FRIEND ALONG FOR SAFETY AND
NEVER LINGERED TOO LONG AROUND IT.
