PRAYER TO SAINTS

MANY ITALIAN WOMEN WHEN PRAYING TO A PARTICULAR SAINT
FOR A FAVOR WILL TURN THE STATUE TOWARD THE WALL AND REFUSE
TO LET IT FACE OUT AGAIN UNTIL THE PRAYER IS ANSWERED.
THIS IS USUALLY DONE IF A SEEMINGLY REASONABLE
LENGTH OF TIME HAS PASSED AND THE PRAYER IS STILL UNANSWERED.
THIS SHOWS THE PERSON'S DISSATISFACTION.
