EASTER EGGS
WHEN CHRIST WAS CARRYING HIS CROSS, A WOMAN CARRYING A BASKET OF
REGULAR DUCK EGGS STOPPED TO HELP HIM. SHE HANDED THE BASKET TO
HIM AND CARRIED THE CROSS A WAYS. WHEN SHE RECEIVED HER EGGS
THEY WERE ALL DIFFERENT COLORS WITH DESIGNS. THIS IS SAID TO BE
THE ORIGIN OF UKRAINIAN EASTER EGGS.
