AND PUTS IT ON THE DESK.
ASKS HER "YES" OR "NO."

Submitter comment: I HAVE HEARD THE INFORMANT SAY THIS TO HER GRANDSON, 1-1/2 YRS.
OLD, WHEN HOLDING HIM IN HER LAP. SHE TOOK BOTH OF HIS HANDS
AND ROCKED HIM TO AND FRO; AND ENDED THE RHYME BY PULLING
ONE HAND FOR "YES" AND THEN THE OTHER FOR "NO."
