HAND IN AN UPWARD MOTION, HE IS SIGNALING THE
ORCHESTRA FOR MORE VOLUME.

Submitter comment: INFORMANT IS A CONDUCTOR OF THE WINDSOR SYMPHONY
ORCHESTRA. HE HAS USED THIS GESTURE REPEATEDLY
IN CONCERT PERFORMANCES.
