A "HILL", IN HOPES THAT AT LEAST ONE WILL GROW. SO WHEN A FARMER IS
ASKED HOW HE IS, HE ANSWERS "ABOUT TWO IN A HILL", INFERRING
THAT HE IS PRETTY GOOD.
