ORDINARY FOLKTALE

IN THE DAYS THE PROCESS OF EMBALMING WAS NOT USED
AS IT IS NOW. A RICH WOMAN SUPPOSEDLY DIED AND
WAS BURIED WITH HER JEWELS. TWO ROBBERS WISHING
TO GET THEM DUG UP THE GRAVE AND WHEN THEY OPENED
THE COFFIN THE WOMAN SAT UP. THE THIEVES RAN AWAY
IN FEAR. THE WOMAN RETURNED HOME AND REWARDED
THE THIEVES FOR SAVING HER LIFE.

Submitter comment: WHEN ROBBERS DIG UP HER GRAVE SUPPOSEDLY DEAD WOMAN REVIVES. SHE
REWARDS THE ROBBERS.
