VANISHING HITCHHIKER

ONE NIGHT A BOY WAS DRIVING PAST MOUNT OLIVET CEMETERY
AND SAW A GIRL WAITING FOR A BUS. THE BOY STOPPED
AND ASKED THE GIRL IF HE COULD DRIVE HER HOME. SHE
SAID YES AND GOT IN HIS CAR. THE BOY TOLD THE GIRL
HE WAS GOING TO A DANCE AND ASKED THE GIRL IF SHE WOULD
LIKE TO GO WITH HIM. SHE AGREED AND HE TOOK HER HOME.
LATER HE PICKED HER UP AND THEY WENT TO THE DANCE.
AFTER THE DANCE HE TOOK HER HOME AND SAID HE WOULD LIKE
TO SEE HER AGAIN AND A FEW NIGHTS LATER, HE CAME TO THE
GIRL'S HOUSE AND ASKED HER MOTHER IF HE COULD SEE THE
GIRL. THE MOTHER LOOKED AT THE BOY AND TOLD HIM THE
GIRL HAS BEEN DEAD FOR SEVEN YEARS.
