LEGEND

THERE WAS A MAN NAMED MR. BOUCHER WHO DIED IN BUCKINHAM,
QUEBEC {CANADA} ABOUT 45-50 YEARS AGO. BEFORE HE DIED,
HE REQUESTED TO SEE HIS SON, AND SAID IF HE DID NOT,
THAT HE WOULD TORTURE HIS WHOLE WAKE. THE SON ARRIVED
TOO LATE.
THE INFORMANT ATTENDED THE FUNERAL-WAKE AT THE DECEASED'S
HOME.
A KNOCK CAME AT THE DOOR, SOMEONE OPENED IT BUT NO ONE
WAS THERE. THIS WAS REPEATED CONSTANTLY THROUGHOUT THE
WAKE. IT WAS MR. BOUCHER GETTING HIS REVENGE.

Submitter comment: INFORMANT WAS AT THIS WAKE.
