IN THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS OF THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC,
CIGUAPA, PEOPLE LIVE. THEIR FEET ARE ON BACKWARDS,
WITH SHARP, RAZOR BLADE HAIR DOWN TO THEIR ANKLES.
THEY GO AROUND TRYING TO KILL PEOPLE. THE ONLY
WAY TO CATCH THEM IS WITH A BLACK DOG WITH FIVE TOES
AND BORN ON THE 7TH MONTH OF THE YEAR. ALL THE DOG HAS
TO DO IS BARK, WHICH WILL PARALYZE THE CIQUAPA, SO
THE CATCHER CAN KILL HIM.
