TO DESCRIBE THE TIGHT MONEY SITUATION. MR. MAGGART WAS
PRESIDENT OF THE LEBANON BANK, LEBANON, TENNESSEE. HE DID
NOT KNOW ANYMORE ABOUT THE EXPRESSION EXCEPT HE HAD HEARD
AND USED IT ALL HIS LIFE.
