FRIENDS WENT ON A PICNIC AND DECIDED TO CLIMB UP
THIS BLUFF. THERE WERE TWO WAYS UP--THE LONG WAY
AROUND OR UP THE FRONT. THE OTHERS WALKED AROUND
BUT THIS FRIEND DECIDED TO PROVE HE WAS A MAN
MARINE STYLE (HE'D JUST GOTTEN OUT OF THE MARINES)
AND GO UP THE FRONT. SO HE CLIMBED UP THE FACE
OF THE CLIFF BUT HE RAN OUT OF WEDGE--AND THEN HE
SLIPPED OFF THE WEDGE HE WAS ON AND THERE HE WAS
HANDING OUT ON A ROPE. SUDDENLY, HE GOT THIS
TERRIBLE URGE TO KNEEL DOWN AND PRAY SO HE LET GO
OF THE ROPE. HE LANDED ON HIS KNEES JUST A FEW
FEET BELOW ON A LEDGE HE HAD'NT SEEN. HE DECIDED
RIGHT THEN THAT HE WOULD BE A MINISTER.
