MY GRANDFATHER (INFORMANT) TOLD ME THAT HIS MOTHER TOLD
HIM THAT IF IT HURT YOU TO DO ANYTHING, YOU SHOULD
NOT DO IT. THIS WOULD SUPPOSEDLY MEAN YOU WOULD
BE IN EXCELLENT HEALTH. THE INFORMANT SAYS HIS MOTHER
ACTUALLY BELIEVED IN THIS METHOD OF STAYING HEALTHY.
