OTTAWA BEER RECIPE
TAKE 1 AND ONE HALF OUNCES EACH OF SASSAFRAS, ALLSPICE,
YELLOW DOCK AND
WINTERGREEN, 1 AND ONE HALF OUNCES OF CORIANDER AND HOPS, 3
QUARTS OF MOLASSES. POUR BOILING WATER ON THE MIXTURE AND LET
STAND FOR 24 HOURS. FILTER AND ADD ONE HALF PINT OF YEAST.
ALLOW TO
FERMENT AND USE IN 24 HOURS.
