MONONAGHELA RIVER
THE LEGEND IS THAT A CHIEF OF AN INDIAN TRIBE NAMED THE RIVER
AFTER HIMSELF. THE TRIBE WAS OF FIERCE WARRIORS AND RULED ALONG
MOST OF THE RIVER BEFORE THE LAND WAS EVER SETTLED.
