HAUNTED CHAPEL

ON 21 MILE ROAD AND SUGARBUSH ROAD, THERE IS A SMALL CHAPEL. IT
WAS BUILT OVER THE SITE OF ANOTHER CHAPEL WHICH COLLAPSED YEARS
AGO. IT IS SAID THAT WHEN IT FELL, IT BURIED THE CARETAKER. HIS
DOG, A BIG GERMAN SHEPHERD, NEVER LEFT THE SPOT AND DIED ON THE
SPOT FROM STARVATION. PEOPLE TO THIS DAY CLAIM TO HEAR A DOG
BARKING IN THE AREA AT NIGHT OR EVEN AT TIMES, SEE A MAN AND DOG
WALKING TOGETHER.
