PLAYED WITH THE OPEN HAND OF A YOUNG CHILD. STARTING
ON THE SMALLEST FINGER, YOU TOUCH THE TIP OF EACH
FINGER AND WHILE DOING SO SAY "TIPPSY." AT THE
INDEX FINGER, YOU RUN DOWN THE SIDE OF THE FINGER
AND UP THE SIDE OF THE THUMB TO ITS TIP WHILE SAYING,
"WHOOPS TIPPSY!"
