FOLDED, THEN ORDERED TO TWIRL AROUND. WHEN HE
STOPS, THOSE OTHER PLAYERS WHO HAVE TAKEN LEAVE
FROM HIM MUST ALSO STOP AND NOT MOVE. THE LAGOON MAN
PROCEEDS TO STEP FORWARD AND THE FIRST PLAYER HE
CORRALS IS THE NEW LAGOON MAN.
