A POLISH CUSTOM ( WEDDING) WHERE THE DAY FOLLOWING
THE WEDDING, THE GUESTS ARE INVITED TO THE BRIDE'S
HOME TO FINISH EATING THE LEFTOVER FOOD FROM THE
RECEPTION. IT BEGAN AS AN OLD CUSTOM IN POLAND
WHEN THE WEDDINGS WERE HELD IN THE HOME AND THERE
WAS A LOT OF LEFTOVER FOOD. THE BRIDE'S FAMILY
WOULD INVITE EVERYONE OVER FOR THE LEFTOVERS. THE
BRIDE AND GROOM ARE TO APPEAR IN ORDER TO THANK THEIR
PARENTS AND ALSO CELEBRATE. IT STILL IS CARRIED
ON TODAY.
