Recipe for beet soup
Ingredients: 1(one) pound of neck bones
beets
1(one) large spoon of salt
1/2 cup milk
3 Tablespoons flour
sour cream
3 large spoonfuls vinegar
Directions: Cook meat and keep simmering for 1 (one) hour.
Add as many beets as you like. Cook for 1
(one) hour. With the beets add about 1 (one)
large spoonful of salt. Mix 1/2 cup of milk
and 3 (three) tablespoons flour and add
slowly to soup. Also add as much sour cream
as you like. Then, add 3 (three) large
spoonfuls of vinegar after 15 minutes.
Continue to cook 1 (one) hour. The soup
is then ready to serve.
