Recipe for Taboulli
5 cups finely chopped parsley
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup cracked wheat
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 large leaves of lettuce
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix everything together well and lay on bed
of lettuce leaves.
