OF TURKEY TO COME BACK TO THE HOMELAND AND JOIN THE ARMY FOR
A RIGOROUS TRAINING PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS WHEN HE REACHES THE
AGE OF 21. THIS PERTAINS TO ALL MALES WHO STILL CARRY TURKISH
CITIZENSHIP.
