TSP. OF BAKING POWDER, TSP. OF BAKING SODA
AND ENOUGH WHITE CORN MEAL SO IT WILL ALL
STICK TOGETHER. STIR IN FOUR TBLS. OF
OF MELTED BACON FAT. TAKE A HANDFUL OF MIXTURE
AND ROLL INTO AN OVAL BALL. PLACE BALLS IN A
GREASED IRON SKILLET AND BAKE AT 450 DEGREES FOR
45 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN, SLICE OPEN,
FILL WITH BUTTER AND ENJOY.
