A CHILD WITH A VEIL

WHEN I WAS A CHILD IT WAS SAID THAT I WAS BORN WITH A VEIL OVER
MY FACE. AS A TODDLER, I WOULD CRY AND SCREAM AND POINT AT
OBJECTS THAT MY PARENTS COULD NOT SEE. BUT ONCE MY FATHER WOULD
HOLD ME IN HIS ARMS, I WOULD STOP CRYING AND WHATEVER IT WAS
WOULD DISAPPEAR.
