HARVARD VS. YALE

THERE WERE TWO YOUNG MEN, ONE FROM HARVARD, AND THE OTHER
FROM YALE, WHO MET IN THE MEN'S ROOM OF A BOSTON
THEATER. HAVING RELIEVED HIMSELF, THE YALE MAN WENT
OVER TO THE WASH BASIN AND LATHERED HIS HANDS IN A MOST
CEREMONIOUS FASHION; THE HARVARD MAN, HAVING RELIEVED
HIMSELF, MERELY SAT DOWN ON THE CHAIR AND LIT A
CIGARETTE. THE YALE MAN WAS AGHAST. "AT YALE," HE
SNEERED, "WE WERE TAUGHT TO ALWAYS WASH OUR HANDS AFTER
GOING TO THE LAVATORY!" THE HARVARD MAN TOOK A LONG
DRAG ON HIS CIGARETTE, "AT HARVARD," HE DRAWLED, "WE
WERE TAUGHT NOT TO PISS ON OUR HANDS."

Submitter comment: THE INFORMANT HEARD THIS FROM MIKE DIRKUS AT THE
